In the future, Jaworska will be responsible for purchasing, assortment and procurement. The management team with CEO Patrick Zahn and CFO Christian Kümmel is now fully occupied. Jaworska has many years of experience in retail, especially in the discount segment. Most recently, she was Group Commercial Director at the Pepco Group and member of the Executive Committee. Earlier stations of her career included positions as Buying Director and Clothing Director at Pepco and Chief Commercial Officer at Orsay GmbH.
KIK sees the new managing director an important reinforcement for the future strategic orientation of the company.
