India stopped buying oil from Russia?
Prior to Trump’s statement, news agency Reuters said in a report that the oil coming from Russia in India has suddenly stopped. The four largest government oil companies of the country- IOC, BPCL, HPCL and MRPL- have almost stopped buying Russian crude oil for the past one week. According to reports, the discount on Russian oil in July has reduced considerably compared to earlier. In such a situation, the government companies of India are now turning to the spot market i.e. immediate purchase and sale market. From here, she is buying Abu Dhabi’s Muruban grade and crude oil coming from West Africa.
