Putin hosted the messenger Vikoff in Kremlin
Kremlin said that Russian President Vladimir Putin is hosting Steve Witcoff, a special messenger of US President Donald Trump for the talks.
Kremlin did not give much information immediately regarding the meeting.
There was doubt whether the two would meet during the visit of Vitkoff during Moscow visit, but the Russian state media said that the meeting was to be held on Wednesday.
Donald Trump has imposed a Friday time limit for Putin to agree to a peace agreement with Ukraine or a possible face economic punishment that can buy the country.

Zelenskyy says two dead in Zaporizhjia district after Russian strike
Ukrainian President Volodimier Zelanski said two people were killed after a Russian attack on Wednesday, who were engaged in a holiday camp in Central Ukraine.
Describing this as a “zero military meaning” as a strike, Zelancesi aims to “provoke the fear of the attack”.
Zelansky posted on X, “Currently in Zaporizhjia district, our medics and first response are helping those injured in a Russian strike at a simple entertainment center.”
“Twelve people have been injured. So far, sadly two people are confirmed the dead.”
The Kremlin claims the Zaporizhia region as part of Russia.

Ukraine ‘Greatful’ to approve more than $ 200 MLN in foreign military sales for UK

Kremlin says Russia-American relations require time
Patience is requested on Russian-American relations, Kremlin said on Wednesday.

Adverse Vitkoff in Moscow for talks
American envoy Steve Witchoff arrived on Moscow on Wednesday, state media reported, where meeting with Russian officials, President Donald Trump’s deadline to impose new restrictions on war in Ukraine a few days ago.
It is not clear whether Vitkofy Russian wants to meet with President Vladimir Putin.
Trump has given Kremlin to stop his aggressive in Ukraine by Friday or to face further sanctions.
The White House House is not specific about potential punishment, but Trump has earlier threatened to impose “secondary tafs”, which targets the remaining trade partners of Moscow, including China and India.
Trump said on Tuesday that he would wait for the result of Vitcoff’s visit before proceeding.
“We are going to see what happens,” he told reporters. “We will determine at that time.”

Zelansky and Trump speak of ‘ending war’
Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he had “productive” conversation with his American counterpart Donald Trump.
The Ukrainian President said that his conversation focuses around the “major focus” “ending the war”.
“Many months in advance, Russia could not prolong it,” they continued.
“Today, we coordinated our positions, Ukraine and the United States. We exchanged the assessment of the situation: Russian has intensified the cruelty of its attacks. President Trump has been fully informed about the Russian strikes on Kiev and other cities and communities.”
Zelansky said the pair talked about Trump’s sanctions on Russia with Trump’s 8 August deadline for Putin on August 8 to eliminate the war.
“Their economy continues to decline, and that is why Moscow is so sensitive to this possibility and President Trump’s resolution,” Zelansky said.
