Nationalist historian Karol Navki took oath as the new President of Poland on Wednesday.
A political newbie, Navki, led a narrow win in the June election, in which he supported US President Donald Trump.
In Poland, the Prime Minister has day-to-day power, but the President has the power to start or veto laws and influence foreign policy.
What did Nawrocki say in his first speech?
The Navarki vowed to have a voice of the pole, who wants the country to maintain its sovereignty as part of the European Union.
Hey said that he opposed illegal migration and added euro singles currency, and called for rebuilding the Polish Constitution.
He said, “I will definitely support relations with the European Union, but I will never agree to take ability to get away from Poland for the European Union, especially in cases that are not inherent in European treaties,” he said.
Nawrocki called for a new constitution.

His orthodox supporters see him as a figure of traditional, patriotic values.
