Sales rose by 7.3 % to EUR 2.84 billion, the adjusted EBIT reached EUR 186 million – a stable margin of 6.5 %. The gross -like volume (GMV) grew by 5 % to 4.1 billion euros.
In the B2C business, the number of active customers increased by 6.1 % to a new high of 52.9 million. In addition to assortment expansion and programs such as Zalando Plus (now available in 17 markets), the company relied on personalization: a newly introduced, AI-controlled discovery feed will replace the previous app start screen. It combines product recommendations, editorial content and interactive formats to strengthen user loyalty.
The B2B business also increased significantly: sales climbed by 12.2 % to EUR 262 million. The growth driver was the ZEOS fulfillment offer, which can now also be reached via a new shopify connection. Brands like Next are increasingly using Zalando’s infrastructure for their own online channels.
With the successful completion of the ABOUT YOU transaction on July 11, Zalando bundles its strength in e-commerce. For the whole year 2025, the company predicts a GMV from EUR 17.2 to EUR 17.6 billion, sales of up to EUR 12.4 billion and an adjusted EBIT of up to EUR 600 million. In the long term, Zalando expects synergies of around 100 million euros annually from 2029.
Despite high investments, the liquidity situation remains stable: After the takeover of About You and the repayment of a convertible bond, the company has around 1.2 billion euros in available means. The next quarterly figures are to be published on November 6, 2025.
