Israeli Military Acquisition Scheme – DW – 08/13/2025

Israel Defense Forces (IDF) General Staff head Eyal Zamir on Wednesday abandoned his protest for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s plans for large -scale military operations in Gaza Strip.

A statement by the IDF stated that Zameer “approved the main outline for the IDF’s operational plan in Gaza Strip”.

Zameer had previously opposed the plan for the risks with Hamas for the Israeli hostages along with IDF soldiers.

Wednesday’s announcement last week, after the decision of the Israeli Security Cabinet, ordered the aggressive, aimed at taking full control of the city of Gaza and destroying Hamas which Israel says that the main shelter camps of Gaza are working in the camps.

Although no timetable was given for the grassroots aggressive, Israeli war planes bombed the largest city for days in Palestinian Enclave, Hamas -associated health officials claimed that 123 people have killed 24 hours.

Gaza’s Civil Defense Agency, which is controlled by Hamas, stated that Israeli’s bombing includes “very heavy air strikes targeting civilians, including possibly high-growing buildings.”
