The Encoic Chamber has an ultra-chanting room, which was built in 2015. It is counted among the quiet places in the world. According to the Guinness World Records, there is a sound of -20.35 decibels in the background here, that is, there is no such thing from anywhere. No noise no sound. Normal human hearing limit is 0 decibled. The sound of calm breathing is 10 decibels.

There is such a deep peace in this room that a person can hear the sound of bleeding in his body, heartbeat, stomach thunder and even the sound of blinking eyelid. You can hear the sound of blood flowing slowly in your head. Although there are not one but three ankoic chambers in this Radmond Campus, but the largest chamber is the Guinness Book Record.
All the voices of the outside world are closed in this room. Any sound produced inside is also completely closed. This is called “Ankoic” room, because there is no resonance in it – due to which the sound of clapping seems very scary.

What do people feel here?
People feel a unique when entering Ankoiq Chamber. Since there is no external sound here, the person hears the sounds inside his body. Heartbeat, bleeding, stomach thunder, rubbing of joints, blinking of an eyelid and even tinnitus (ringing bells in the ears) intensifies. If you move, then there will be a sound like grinding your bones.

This chamber is like a cube

Why was it made?
Microsoft made this Annecoan Chamber mainly for the audio testing of its products. The engineers of the company needed an environment where they could measure the subtle sounds of devices, such as a mild humming or keyboard clicking sound. These chambers are used to test the audio features of voice assistants and other hardware like Surface Computer, Xbox, Hollance, Cortana. The dynamic range of the microphone, frequency response, total harmonic distortion and accelestic seal are tested here.
This chamber was ready in two years
The construction of this chamber was completed in 2015. However, its design and planning work had been done two years ago. It was made because Microsoft engineers did not have enough quiet chambers. Earlier, the most quiet Chamber was with Orfield Laboratories, which was of -9.4 decibels, but Microsoft broke her record by taking it to -20.6 decibels. The aim of the company was to give the products in such a quiet place and give users a better audio experience.
Ankoic Chamber measures the sound level of the products of Microsoft. There is no eco in the chamber, so sound waves are not reflected from the walls, which makes the test highly accurate. Other companies also use such chambers
