The much awaited summit between US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, has no clear consequences on the ground.
The result goes to Trump’s face-to-face claim that he will end the Ukraine conflict with 24 hours of returning to the White House.
However, Putin can be well stated that he received red-imprisonment treatment from the US after years in the diplomatic cold to follow the Ukraine’s full-scale invasion of his country launched in early 2022.
After the summit on Friday, the press conference did not give any details of what the two leaders had discussed, and no reporters were questioned by Ether Putin or Trump.
Trump only talked about “some headways”, saying: “There is no deal until a deal.”
Putin, in his turn, supported Trump’s frequent dispute that the war in Ukraine would not have begun if the later biden would have been American leaders at that time.
The Russian President also suggested that there could be a next meeting in Moscow, Trump replied that he could “achieve some heat on him” but he “may possibly see it.”
Trump Right-Wing was a little further ahead in an interview with the US Broadcaster Fox News, while telling the host scene Hanti that he discussed the potential “land swap” and security guarantee for Ukraine with Putin.
“I think are the points we interact, and they are points we have carried forward,” Heer said.
“I think we are very close to a deal,” Heer said. “Ukraine has to agree to this. Perhaps they won’t say.”
Asked by Hanity, what he would advise Ukrainian President Volodimier Zelansky to do, Trump said, “A deal will have to be done.”
“Look, Russia is a great power, and not,” Trump said.
The issue of “Land Swap” between Russia and Ukraine seems to be problematic that Ukraine is no longer a legally Russian region. Zelancesi has refused to seed Moscow in any of its countries.
Despite ignoring the deadline of the American leader’s ceasefire early this month, Russia with Trump has not done so for threatening restrictions from the summit.
For the White House, Trump has now approached the Zelansky and NATO leaders to inform about the summit.
