The US Justice Department said on Monday that a woman known as “ketamine queen” blamed “friends” actor Matthew Perry for supply of drugs.
The department said in a statement, Jasveen Sangh, which was scheduled to go on a test in September, will blame for five federal allegations.

According to the Autopsy, Perry died of the “rapid effect of ketamine”.
Perry publicly accepted the consumption of decades of decades. It was acted as Chandler Bing on the 1990s sitcom “Friends”.
