Hong Kong Builds Artificial Nests to Save Endangered Cockatoos


Researchers in Hong Kong Are Instaling Artificial Nest Boxes to Help Yellow-Crested Cockato Breed after Most Natural Cavities Were Lost to Typhoons and Tree Cutting. The species is endangered, with only about 150 in the city and around 2,000 worldwide.
