Human Rights Watch Said 141 People, Predominantly Hutus, Were Feared to Have Been Killed in Eastern Congo in July in Attacks Believed to Have Been Carried Out by the Rwanda-Backed M23 Group, the Most Prominent of the Armed Group Fight of the Region.
