Bonprix strengthens management team with Kerstin Pape

The manager takes over the newly named position of the Vice President Customer & Sales and thus responsible for the Europe -wide sales of the fashion brand. She reports directly to CEO Dr. Torben Hansen and succeeds Cyril Ninnemann, who left the company this year.

With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, direct sales and customer experience, Pape brings extensive expertise into her new role. Her wards include leadership positions at Tennis-Point and Lidl Digital as well as many years of work at Otto, most recently as head of online marketing.

At Bonprix, Pape is intended to advance the strategic orientation and commercial performance in all European markets. The fashion brand is represented with its own online shops in 16 countries and in the B2B business. With the renaming of the “European Sales Management” area in “Customer & Sales”, the company also wants to underline the claim to focus even more on customers.

“My approach is clear: the customers determine our course. We would like to anticipate their needs at an early stage and focus on their attitudes and precisely fitting offers even more,” said Pape.
