New York’s famous Immigration Attorney Cyrus Mehta said- ‘Those who are out on a business trip or leave, they will have to return to every situation before midnight of 21 September, otherwise they will be trapped here.’ According to Microsoft’s internal email revealed on social media, the company has clearly told its H-1B employees and their families not to go out of America and return immediately.

Indians will have a bad effect

Experts say that this decision will have the most impact on Indian professionals, because about 70 percent of the H-1B visa holders are Indians. David Bear, the Immigration Studies Director of Cato Institute, described the order as discriminatory and said that Indian H-1B workers have given US dollars of dollars tax and services to America but now they are being targeted as job thieves and threats.
