A court in the Pakistani capital Islamabad on Saturday accused a person for killing a 17 -year -old ticket -maker Sana Yusuf.
A first -year medical student, Joseph, was killed at home in Islamabad on 2 June, when he allegedly rejected the progress of a man.
What do we know so far?
Islamabad Additional and Sessions Judge Mohammad Afzal Majoka formally inspired 22 -year -old Omar Hayat to murder and steal Joseph’s phone.
According to AP news agency and Pakistani news outlets, Hayat did not convince all the allegations against him. According to Pakistani media outlet DawnHayat said that all the allegations against him were “based on lies.”
Afzal Majoka postponed the session, slate on 25 September with the next hearing.
Hayat was detected by the Islamabad Police on 3 June, a day after Yusuf’s assassination. This Sanaa Yusuf’s mother, after Farzana, could contact the police and said that a person came to her house and shot her daughter.

Pakistani women expressed displeasure over violence

Yasaf’s assassination is the latest high-profile case of violence against women in Pakistan in recent years.
In 2024, men attempted to cut 22 -year -old Sobia Batul Shah’s feet to divorce. In 2021, the 27-year-old Pakistani-Jordan woman Noor case was murdered after a man rejected her margin proposal.
