US President Donald Trump appeared making his statements about the war in Ukraine, along with Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelansky on the occasion of the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday.
Trump wrote in his social media platform Truth Social Social, “After knowing and fully understanding the military and economic situation of Ukraine/Russia, after seeing the financial troubles, this is happening due to Russia, I think Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, is in a position to fight and win from Ukraine, all of Ukraine.”
Broadly, the fifth of the Ukrainian region, including the Black Sea Peninsula of Crimea, is under Russian control, most of its part throughout the war. Crimea, however, was illegally annexed in 2014.
Ukraine has been made to re -achieve some areas caught in the first months of the Russian invasion in February 2022, although the Moscow armies have been pressurized with the entry front line for months and earned old benefits.
But US President Trump on Tuesday optimistic on Ukraine opportunities after his meeting with Zelancesi.
“With time, patience and financial support of Europe, and especially in NATO, the original borders from where this war began is too much for the option,” Trump wrote.
Russian Deputy United Nations Ambassador Dimitri Polynski addressed the comments with suspicion. “Don’t be so excited,” Heer said.
Zelenskyy: ‘We will push Russia towards peace’
Trump said that Russia was fighting “targetless” in a war that a “real military power” would have won less than the week.
The US President said, “Putin and Russia are in great financial trouble, and it’s time to work for Ukraine,” he said that they have wished both countries well and we will “continue to supply weapons for NATO.”
Ukrainian President Zelanski replied to Trump’s associations saying that he believes Washington “would push Russia towards peace.”
Zelanski said at a meeting of the United Nations Security Council in New York, “I just met President Trump, and we talked about how to finally bring peace, and we discussed some good ideas, and I hope they will work.”
Ukrainian said, “I am grateful to this meeting, and we hope to push America’s actions towards Russia. Moscow is afraid of America and always pays attention to it.”
Europe’s security connected to Ukraine
Tone changes because Russia is growing rapidly in provoking with the range of NATO.
Denmark’s Copenhagen Airport on Monday stopped operations after several drones were seen in the area.
Danish Prime Minister Metet Frederick said the incident was “the most serious attack on Danish important infrastructure.” However, the deployment of the drone has not yet been established.
Sweden Defense Minister Pal Joneson spoke to DW about the security situation in Europe.
“I do not want to speculate, but as Fredericksen said, we note that there is a time of many opportunities in the airspace of the friendly countries. So I am thinking about Estonia. I am thinking about Poland. And this has happened. Jonson said.
Jonsan said that supporting Ukraine is “an investment in our own security, because I think in my mind, Ukraine is currently a shield against any risk of Russian military expansion.”
