Tyfun Buloi made a landfall in Vietnam before Sunday midnight, causing floods, airport closure and withdrawal of thousands of residents.
The storm hit Vietnam to the north of its largest province, with the earliest, with a speed of more than 130 kilometers (80 mi).
This caused widespread damage, ripping the roofs from buildings and raised the electric poles along the coast of the country.
Buloy causes death and destruction
At least 11 people have freed their lives, the AFP news agency said citing Vietnamese officials.
Therefore, a dozen fishermen were reported to have disappeared amidst marine growth.
The Vietnamese government had gathered thousands of military personnel to provide assistance.
Officials said they had vacated more than 53,000 people for schools and medical centers, who had converted to temporary shelters ahead of Bueloi, killing Vietnam.
They have closed part of four airports and one national highway.
Airport officials said more than 180 flights have been canceled or delayed.
Vietnam is prone to typhone
Since making landfalls in Vietnam, the storm has weakened as it moves towards neighboring laos.
Bulloi killed the neighboring Philippines a few days ago, killing at least 24, the AFP on Monday cited a civil defense officer. So there was widespread flood.
Vietnam, which has a long beach in front of the South China Sea, is prone to typical which is often fatal.
According to the country’s Ministry of Agriculture, in the first seven months of this year, more than 100 people were killed or missing from natural disasters.
Last year, Typhoon Yagi caused around 300 deadly and $ 3.3 billion (€ 2.8 billion) economic damage.
