Support for Solana, Saga phone ends

Solana Mobile has officially announced the End of support life cycle for its first smartphone, the Saga.

Device owners already They will not receive software updates or security patches.

The measure is implemented a few months after the company began shipping its second device, the Seeker.

According to the company’s official communication, updated this week, the end of support means that customer support for Saga-specific problems will be limited to “general inquiries” only.

Additionally, Solana Mobile warned that “compatibility with future new software or services cannot be guaranteed” for the device, which was originally released in May 2023.

This cessation of support coincides with the consolidation of the Seeker in the market. As reported by CriptoNoticias, shipments of the Seeker began last August 2025, after a pre-sale period that, according to reports, reached 150,000 units.

The Seeker was introduced in 2024 as a more accessible phone with updated specifications compared to the Saga, focused on interaction with decentralized applications (dApps) and the Solana network ecosystem.

Solana Mobile thanked to the owners and developers who used the Saga, noting that their feedback was “invaluable in shaping the next chapter” of its mobile division.
