Hungary’s incoming prime minister, Peter Magyar, has extended an olive branch to Ukraine, proposing a June meeting with President Volodymyr Zelensky aimed at mending strained ties between the neighboring countries and addressing longstanding disputes over the rights of Ukraine’s ethnic Hungarians.
