For its part, the Ethereum network remains the second most important pillar for the stablecoin, with 83,279 million of USDT, equivalent to 43% of the circulating supply. The remaining percentage is distributed on a smaller scale among other high-speed protocols such as Solana, BNB Smart Chain (BSC) and Arbitrum.

For the common user, the preference for Tron responds mainly to its technical efficiency. Being a network designed to process transactions economically, the shipping cost (commissions) is usually significantly lower than on Ethereumwhich facilitates the constant movement of funds.

This increase in supply coincides with mass USDT adoption. The company reported that the stablecoin reached 570 million users during the first quarter of 2026, as reported by CriptoNoticias, driven mainly by a growing demand for USDT in emerging economies with high inflation.

From a financial perspective, the creation of these new tokens directly translates into greater liquidity for the cryptoasset markets. When there is greater availability of USDT on exchanges, Investors can acquire bitcoin (BTC) or other cryptocurrencies more easilyreducing the risk of sudden price variations during operations.

For this reason, this issuance can be interpreted as an indicator of health for the ecosystem, since the capital is available to be deployed at any time in bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
