The Human Made label by the Tokyo manufacturer Nigo was founded in 2010 and stands for the combination of vintage aesthetics and modern culture. The motto “The future is in the past” can be found on every product of the brand. Now also on two special versions of Clarks shoes that were designed by Human Made for the fall/winter 2024 season. The Desert Made is a boot with a suede upper, crepe sole and shearling lining. The Wallabee Made is a Wallabee based on the classic Wallabee boot silhouette with suede uppers and a crepe sole. The brand name Human Made runs across the front of both shoes, with the motto “The future is in the past” on the foot collar. Both shoes come with a co-branded sock logo and two tags – a Clarks Originals logo and the heart-shaped Human Made logo. The shoes have been available at Human Made since January 1st and will be sold through Clarks and select retailers worldwide from January 8th.
