Ukrainian troops have begun a new attack in the Kursk border region, in order to halt the advance of Russian troops, says Moscow. Tanks, armored vehicles and a demolition unit are reportedly involved in the counterattack in the western Russian region, where Kyiv’s forces launched a surprise offensive last August.
