Now that Keir Starmer has said he’s stepping down as Prime Minister, there’s only one name that’s circulating to take his place. But Andy Burnham still has to be officially anointed in a vote by Labor party members. Starmer has said that he wants the new leader in place by 1st of September, when parliament returns from recess.
