French President Emmanuel Macron on Sunday inaugurated a statue honoring Captain Alfred Dreyfus, whose wrongful 19th century treason conviction exposed deeply rooted anti-Jewish bias in France. Macron at the event decried a resurgence of the ″demons of anti-Semitism″ that have darkened France’s past and present.
