According to Birkenstock, Ivica Krolo brings with her extensive experience from the investment company EMH Partners. He had worked there as Partner and Chief Financial Officer since 2015.
The previous Birkenstock CFO Dr. Erik Massmann will actively support the handover process to ensure a seamless transition, Birkenstock said. The company also confirms that no changes to its targets are planned and reiterates the guidance for the 2025 financial year announced on December 18, 2024.
Dr. Erik Massmann took up the position of CFO at Birkenstock in February 2023.
