Tehran: Iran and Israel are raining missiles on each other. Meanwhile, Russia has come down in support of Iran. In fact, the Israeli PM had said that his goal is not to change power in Iran, but also said that it is possible to happen with the situation going on. Russia has described the matter of change of power as completely unacceptable. In a conversation with Israeli’s public broadcaster ‘Cannes’, Netanyahu said, “The change of power in the Islamic Republic is the first matter of the Iranian people. There is no alternative to this. So I never introduced it as our goal. Yes, this can be a result of attack, but this is not a formal goal of Israel.
Khamenei’s murder is unacceptable
Meanwhile, Russia has reacted sharply to this entire incident. Kremlin spokesman Dimitri Peskov told Sky News, ‘The change of power in Iran is also unacceptable. And if someone is thinking of killing Khamenei, then understand that he is opening the Pendora box. Pendora box is a saying that comes from Greek myth. This means- such a thing or decision that starts once, then after that a lot of difficulties and problems start coming out without stopping. He said that the change of power in Iran is unimaginable. It should be unacceptable, even talking about it should be unacceptable for everyone
Russia warns Israel
Peskov warned, ‘If this happens, there will be a reaction from inside Iran, and that reaction will be very fierce. This will create extremist feelings in Iran and those who are speaking about Khamenei’s murder, should keep this in mind. Russia and Iran have long been military and diplomatic relationships, which have become even stronger after the Ukraine war.
In such a situation, this warning of Russia is considered an important sign for Israel and America. Khamenei himself also attacked both America and Israel and said that ‘If America has had to jump in the middle, it means that Israel has failed.’ He also added that ‘the weakness of Israeli rule is making him feel the need for the support of others’.
