Just in time for Christmas, when a lot of goods are delivered and numerous invoices are due, retailers’ liquidity can become scarce. To counteract this bottleneck, Samsonite, in collaboration with Goldkrone, is offering all Goldkrone members a free 30-day value postponement for products from the brands Samsonite, American Tourister, Lipault and Tumi. It applies to new orders with a delivery date from November 22nd at the earliest to December 27th at the latest (invoice date), says Samsonite. This means that Samsonite follows the Goldkrone Christmas value date (decades 29 to 31).
These measures should enable specialist retailers to offer a wide range and a diverse selection of products in the run-up to Christmas without having to worry about a lack of liquidity. The invoices will therefore only be paid after the Christmas business.
