NATO colleagues gathered to start a two -day summit in Hague on Tuesday, which will discuss their defense expenses in the Transitional Military Alliance, promoting their defense spending.

Leaders of NATO’s Indo-Pacific Partners-Australia, Japan, South Korea and New Zealand are expected at the Representatives, Defense and Foreign Ministers, Summit.

The Netherlands summit comes in the midst of an increase in the Middle East and the shadow of the ongoing war in Ukraine. Both crises are likely to be addressed during the session.

At the summit, NATO countries are expected to vote in favor of increasing defense spending to 5%.

US President Donald Trump has been demanding an important demand to pay more money in defense spending to NATO members.
