Reliance Industries Market Cap: On 26 June, Mukesh Ambani’s market cap of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) once again crossed the mark of Rs 20 lakh crore. On Thursday, the stock climbed about 2 percent to close at Rs 1495.20. The price in the day went up to Rs 1498.70. RIL is the first company in India to reach a market cap of Rs 20 lakh crore. According to BSE, the exact figure of market cap is currently Rs 20,23,375.31 crore.
Earlier, Reliance Industries touched this figure in the market cap on 13 February 2024. On 13 February 2024, the stock touched the 52 -week new level of Rs 2957.80, a 52 -week high level of Rs 2957.80. With this, the market cap of RIL reached a mark of Rs 20 lakh crore.
Arrived at M-CAP worth ₹ 15 lakh crore in September 2021
The market cap of Reliance Industries reached Rs 1 lakh crore in August 2005, Rs 2 lakh crore in April 2007, Rs 3 lakh crore in September 2007 and Rs 4 lakh crore in October 2007. After this, it took 12 years for the market cap to reach a mark of Rs 5 lakh crore. The figure was hit in July 2017. RIL’s market cap reached Rs 10 lakh crore in November 2019 and Rs 15 lakh crore in September 2021.
Ril Shares of 20 percent strong in 3 months
According to BSE data, RIL shares have seen a 15 percent increase in 2025 so far. At the same time, it has strengthened 20 percent for 3 months. The company had a 50.11 percent stake in the company till the end of March 2025. The face value of the stock is Rs 10. RIL shares have brokerage firm CLSA Bulish. Brokerage believes that Reliance Industries may be at a new phase of growth. CLSA has given a target price of ₹ 1,650 per share for the stock. The ‘outperform’ rating is repeated. Brokerage believes that the company’s performance in the April-June quarter may be excellent and will be firmly inspired in its retail and telecom business.
CITI Research has increased the target price to Rs 1,690 per share, keeping the ‘bye’ rating for the stock. In the beginning of June, Bernstein increased the target price to Rs 1,640 per share and retained the ‘outperform’ rating.
How much profit was made in March quarter
Reliance Industries Limited’s January-March 2025 The consolidated net profit (for owners) in the January 2025 quarter rose 2.4 percent to Rs 19407 crore on an annual basis. It was Rs 18951 crore a year ago. Consolidated revenue from operations increased by 10 percent to Rs 264573 crore on an annual basis. A year ago it was Rs 240715 crore.
Ebitda rose 3.6 percent to Rs 48,737 crore on an annual basis, which was Rs 47,050 crore a year ago. The Ebitda margin fell 90 basis points to 16.9%, which was 17.8% in the March 2025 quarter. The expenditure increased to Rs 240375 crore, which was Rs 217529 crore in the March 2024 quarter.

During the entire financial year 2024-25, the consolidated revenue of Reliance Industries increased to Rs 980136 crore. A year ago it was Rs 914472 crore. Net profit was recorded at Rs 69648 crore, which was Rs 69621 crore in FY 2024. In FY 2025, the company’s Ebitda was Rs 183,422 crore and the margin of Rs 17.1 percent. The company’s board recommended the final dividend of Rs 5.50 per share for FY 2025.
