With the presentation of the Bayer 04 Leverkusen jerseys for the 2025/2026 season, the collaboration between the Bundesliga club and New Balance begins as a jersey supplier. With the first jersey, the sneaker manufacturer managed to creatively interpret the Leverkusen club colors and symbols. “A series of red lines that consist of a large number of delicately captured crosses goes seamlessly into a black background. Inspired by the world-famous Bavarian cross, the jersey becomes a symbol of the new beginning without forgetting the historical roots,” says the Bayer Leverkusen website. The jersey consists of 100 % recycled polyester.
New Balance replaces Castore as a supplier. The partners did not provide any information at the term of the contract. According to information from the Kicker sports newspaper, New Balance pays between 6 million and 7 million euros a year for cooperation. This is said to have surpassed New Balance, who were also interested in equipping the runner -up. “We are more than enthusiastic about opening the next chapter as a club with New Balance,” says Markus Breglec, Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer from Bayer 04 Leverkusen. “Our new home jersey combines the design power and innovative craftsmanship of New Balance with the spirit of our club and the inspiration of our fans. We can’t wait to start the new season and see this fabulous outfit at all Worsepelf teams under the cross.”
