Marc O’Polo is asking his target group to look for a job that is more than pure work. The campaign focuses on the employees and emphasizes through varying headlines how their daily work actively contributes to the positive corporate culture.

Based on extensive employer branding analyzes, the campaign in Germany and in the focus markets of Italy, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Poland are played over online media and social media.
