In just 10 minutes, the aircraft came down rapidly and during this time oxygen masks started falling over the passengers’ seat. Passengers told that it seemed as if death was standing in front. One passenger said that he had started writing important information like his bank account and will, because he did not feel that he would survive now.
Another passenger told that he was awake in shock and said, “Suddenly all oxygen masks opened when I was sleeping.” The third told that he was about to cry.

Despite this nervousness and chaos, the aircraft was safely launched at Kansai Airport in Osaka. The flight left from Pudong Airport in Shanghai at 5:48 pm and was to reach Narita Airport in Tokyo, but was landed in Osaka at 8:48 pm due to emergency.
The aircraft had 191 passengers and crew members. No one was hurt, although all the passengers had gone into deep shock. Airlines were provided assistance of 15,000 yen (about $ 93) to passengers, so that they could arrange for hotels and transportation.
