Railone app: Indian Railways has launched a new digital platform ‘Railone’ for passengers, which is being called a super app. Through this app, all the major services will be available at one place from ticket booking to filing complaints and checking the status of the train. The purpose of the railway is to give passengers a convenient experience together. With this, they will no longer have to resort to different railway apps.
What will passengers be able to do?
Passengers can easily book tickets and e-catering services from the Railone app. Information related to PNR status, train movement, coach position and inquiry will also be available through the app. You can avail these special services from the Railone app:
- Unreserved IRCTC can book tickets.
- There will be 3% discount on unreserved and platform tickets.
- Platform tickets can be purchased.
- PNR can track status and train conditions.
- Coach can see positions.
- You can file a complaint through ‘Rail Madad’.
- Travel feedback can submit.
- E-catering, coolie booking and taxi to your last floor.
Use is very easy
Railone has a single sign-on system available. With this, passengers will not need to remember different login credentials for every service. Users can enter the railway using their current IRCTC Rail Connect or utsonmobile login. The app also has features such as MPIN, biometric login, guest OTP login, and minimum registration.
