US President Donald Trump said he had reached a trade agreement with Japan on Tuesday.
Under the new conditions, the US will impose 15% tariffs on goods imported from Japan, which will be below the pre -throated 25% tariff.

He said that the United States “Japan will always continue to have a great relationship with the country.”
How did Japan react to the announcement?
Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba said that he was ready to meet or speak on the phone with Trump after Japan’s top trade -negotiator Rioci Akajawa, who is in Washington for talks.
