Chinese premiere Lee Kiang on Saturday urged the international community to build a global consensus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance, and highlight the security risks between Washington’s race for rain technology.

Lee announced the creation of a Chinese-leadership body to prevent AI from becoming a “conservation of some countries and some enterprises” and to promote open-source development.
