Marc O’Polo is expanding to Italy

The approximately 215 sqm shop is located in the historic Palazzo Menz in Bozner Mustergasse and offers women’s and men’s fashion, shoes and accessories. The interior of the new store relies on sustainable materials such as wood, terrazzo tiles and clay plaster walls. The reduced design is intended to underline the historical architecture of the building.

In parallel to the stationary entry, Marc O’Polo also expands his presence in the Italian wholesale market. The brand is already represented with its own branded areas in department stores such as rinascent and coin. The market entry is complemented by an Italian online shop that depicts the entire range and plays a central role in the company’s Omnichannel strategy. “The store in Bolzano is an important first milestone,” said Dirk Schneider, Chief Sales Officer of Marc O’Polo SE. In the long term, the company plans to further expand its presence in Italy via its own stores, digital channels and strong trading partners: inside. Marc O’Polo SE, headquartered in Stephanskirchen, Germany, is currently active in 46 countries with its own online shops and is represented in around 60 countries with around 2,200 retail and franchise transactions worldwide.
