A 50 -year -old Saudi Arabia man who had rubbed a rented SUV in a crowd in a Christmas market in Magadeberg last December, created a shock among the escape by writing individual letters to at least five of them.
The attack in the Saxony-Enahault state killed a six-year-old six-year-old child and injured 323 more.
The culprits, Taleb A, are said to have been handed over letters who personally addressed the victims by name and had the thesis to their homes.
What was in letters?
The recipients told local and regional news outlets that they again felt shocked by the fact that some show scenes as a deranged killer would have to get access to their name and address.

Why was allowed to send a letter?

Officials say they are uncertain how Taleb A came to learn the name and addresses, but suspects that they were copied with documents in the possession of their defense lawyers.
