The 49-year-old will thus be part of the five-member board and in the future for global procurement, IT, logistics as well as sustainability and product development.
With the newly created COO role, PUMA bundles these central areas for the first time under a guided tour to structure the responsibilities within management more clearly. Previously, responsibilities were distributed to CEO, CFO and Chief Product Officer.
Hubert comes from Adidas, where he most recently worked as Chief Information Officer. He has held various management positions there since 2005 – including in the area of global sourcing with a twelve -year station in Hong Kong.
