Katjes International GmbH & Co. KG takes over 60 percent of the shares in Willy Bogner GmbH. The Bogner family remains involved with 40 % and continues to be strategically involved in the company.
With the entry of the Emmerich family company Katjes International, Bogner’s capital structure is to be strengthened and future growth is being promoted together. Both partners plan to invest in particular in internationalization and further brand structure.
Despite the participation, Bogner remains organizationally and legally independent. The company headquarters in Munich are retained. The transaction is expected in September 2025 and is subject to antitrust permits.
