The companies work in individual, wholesale and mail order and online trading with textiles and goods of all kinds. In addition, the business areas include warehousing, picking, marketing, design and management consultancy. The management of the affected companies lies with Gordon Giers, Hans Redlefsen and Til Nadler.
For the provisional insolvency administrator, lawyer Stefan Denkhaus from Hamburg was appointed in all three procedures. From now on, the assets of companies are only effective with the consent of the provisional insolvency administrator. In addition, third -party debtors were prohibited from continuing to make payments to the companies concerned. Claims and bank credit may only be collected by the provisional administrator.
