According to the German Hunting Association (DJV), the South American neutria, a semicircular rodent who is considered for aggressive species in Europe continues to spread with Germany.

DJV said animals were found in 2023 in 35% of hunting districts monitoring 23,000, double the figure in 2015.

The highest attendance was found at 93%in the city-state of Bremen, six times in 2015 and 73%in Hamburg.

60% of victim districts in the western state of northern Rhine-Westphalia were found to be nutritious, while in low Saxony, 55% districts and 50% in Saxony-Anhalt had a population of rodents, which DJV says DJV says Riverbank and Dike with their burial and destroy the reed belt.

Like the beaver, usually cracked or nocturnal organisms are known to transmit diseases to humans and other animals, mainly through water contamination. They are known to attack humans and dogs when this happens.

DJV called for the inclusion of Neutria in the German National Hunting Act. Most states already have a hunting season for animal or special permit.

DJV said, “Due to the boundaries of illegal food, climate advanced and hunting, nutrients can now be often found especially in urban areas, where they often become active even during the day and have a great ability to reproduction,” DJV said.

Most animals in the Nutria population have their origin that survives the fields where they are kept for them.
