The Japanese city of Hiroshima made a silent prayer at 8:15 am on Wednesday (2315 GMT).
When American aircraft Enla Gay demolished the atomic bomb called “Little Boy” in the Japanese city on 6 August 1945.
Hundreds of officers, students and survivors placed flowers in the memorial sanotaf.
The ruins of the Genbaku dome, the only structure stood in the region where the bomb exploded, was visible in the background – a Stark reminder of the horrific that surfaced.
Before morning on Wednesday, the remaining people and their families came to pray at Peace Memorial Park as Surya was above Hiroshima.

Hiroshima Mayor Kazumi Matsui warned in a speech against the increasing acceptance of nuclear weapons and “rapidly growing trend towards military buildup worldwide”, against the invasion of Ukraine of Russia and the backdrop of conflict in the Middle East.

Dozens of white pigeons, symbols of peace, were released after the Mayor’s speech.
Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba said that it was the mission of Japan “to take the lead … towards a world without nuclear weapons.”
Pope Leo XIV said in a statement that “in our time of mountain global stress and conflicts,” Hiroshima and Nagasaki “remained a living reminder of the dreaded right right by nuclear weapons.”
Three days after Hiroshima’s bombing, the US went to Nagasaki atomic bomb.
United Nations Secretary -General Antonio Gutres warned that “very crying who explore Hiroshima and Nagasaki is being considered once again as a tool for force.”
The United States, which has never formally apologized for bomb blasts, was represented by its ambassador to Japan. It was one of some 120 countries and regions who sent representatives to the ceremony.

Another 74,000 people were killed by a slightly large plutonium bomb dropped on Nagasaki.
In the subsequent year, the remaining people suffered from radiation search in the form of leukemia or more cancer and chronic diseases.
