With the sight of creating cultural referents that represent the Bitcoin (BTC) revolution and its impact on society, the Argentine Bitcoin NGO opens the call for the fifth edition of Premiob · Art.
On this occasion the central theme is the creator of Bitcoin: Satoshi Nakamoto, so the contest invites artists and groups To participate in three categories: physical art, digital art and sculpture project.
As the organizers clarify, the first two categories are open throughout Latin America, while the Monument to Satoshi Nakamoto category is international scope.
The sculpture is the central category this year and the monument that is winning The Park of Innovation will be destinedlocated in Buenos Aires. It is a space designed in 2016 to enhance the activities of entrepreneurs, students and researchers in science and technology. This year’s jury is composed of figures such as Rodolfo Andragnes, founder of the Argentine Bitcoin NGOs; Gust Grilliasca, Creator Cypherpunk; Ezequiel Canle, Coo Park in Innovation; Sazkiabella, Crypto Female Artist from Uruguay; Joey García, executive director of Xapo Bank; and Aida Pippo, project leader in B · Art and member of NGO Bitcoin Argentina.

The contest distributes USD 3,500 in prizes paid in BTC. The winner in the Monument Project category will receive USD 2,000 and the second place of the same category will obtain USD 500. The prize for physical art and digital art will also be USD 500.
