Russia launched an Intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) at targets in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, Ukraine’s air force said. It was the first time that ICBMs were used by Russia in the conflict. ICBMs are designed to deliver nuclear warheads, but there was no indication from Ukraine that the Russian missile was nuclear-armed.
