Donald Trump has indicated great progress in Russia’s case. Putin has shown softening of Ukraine on giving safety guarantee. In the virtual meeting of Macron, NATO leaders made a common strategy.

Trump’s message has come at a time when his team has openly stated that Vladimir Putin is ready that the US and European countries together can give a safety guarantee to Ukraine, which will be almost like the collective defense provision of NATO. This deal can lead to melting of frozen ice between Russia and Western countries.
A few hours after Trump’s statement, the leader of NATO countries and President of Ukraine, Volodimir Jailonsky, was involved in the host of French President Emmanuel Macron. The purpose of this meeting was to decide a shared strategy before Jailonski’s White House tour to be held yesterday. Macron said, we have many objectives. Most importantly, we should make complete preparations for Jailonski’s visit to Washington tomorrow. The call also included UK PM Kir Stmper, Italy’s Georgia Meloni, German leader Frederick Merge and European Commission head Ursula von dera Leyen.
Will you give the land on this, Jailmanki’s answer
After the meeting, Jailmanki held a press conference with the European Union and explained what a plan has been made. Von Der Leyen reiterated that it is mandatory to include security guarantee for Ukraine and Europe in any peace agreement. Jailonsky agreed and said that it is important to get the support of Washington. The two leaders made it clear that no restriction on Ukraine’s sovereignty is acceptable. Von Der Leyen also said that Brussels supports Ukraine’s EU membership. Jailonski’s reply on Putin’s demand for land in Donnetsk was- there was no scope in the Ukrainian Constitution. Looking forward, Jailonsky hoped that tomorrow’s White House tour would be productive.
