“The strike is over,” the Canadian Union of Public Employees Air Canada Branch on Facebook, referring to a “temporary agreement”.
The Sangh said that the agreement would guarantee the salary of the members for the performance of the members, while the aircraft are on the ground, resolving one of the major issues that motivated the strike.
The statement said, “We need to advise our membership that we should cooperate fully with the resumption of operations.”
