India US Relations: Jaishankar meets the ongoing diplomatic masterstroke, ruubio, Sergei Gore, will be agreed on visa-tariffs?

A big news has come amidst the commercial tension of America-India. External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar arrived to participate in the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session. On the occasion of the 80th session, there was a significant meeting between India and the US. Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar held bilateral talks with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Monday. This meeting is considered special for many reasons, as the two leaders discussed business, diplomacy and global issues. Apart from this, Dr. Jaishankar met the US nominated Ambassador Sergio Gore in India. The Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs of the US State Department said, “The US Special Envoy for South and Central Asia and US Ambassador for India, Serjio Gore, met India’s Foreign Minister Jaishankar on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.”

He said, ‘They (Jaishankar and Gore) are ready to further promote the success of America-India relations.’ After meeting Rubio, Dr. Jaishankar wrote on the social media platform X, ‘I was happy to meet Secretary Rubio in New York this morning. Many bilateral and international issues were discussed in our conversation. It was agreed to maintain constant dialogue for progress in primary areas. We will be in touch. It is believed that in this meeting, there was a conversation on H-1B visa including tariffs.
