The Fire Brigade in the German city of Visbaden was called out four times on Saturday, with the smell of durian fruit, due to concerns on the gas leak.
The smell of South East Asian fruit, similar to gas, was seen by visitors at a shopping center located in West Germany.
Despite being undone to detect the presence of gas to the measurement of the fire brigade and the lack of gas connection, emergency services were called in the area the same evening due to the apparent smell of gas.
After searching for neighbor shops, the fire brigade found the fruit in an Asian supermarket. According to officials, the ventilation system of the shopping center probably distributed odor to the entire building.
The same case happened on the same evening. Re -rescued the smell of gas in the ladder of a residential building, only to find out that a neighbor who had brought the fruit was responsible for the smell.
