On-chain analysis firm Arkham has published a report that identifies the 10 people with the largest fortunes in bitcoin (BTC) and other cryptocurrencies, shedding light on the concentration of wealth in the ecosystem.
The list, which was published at the end of last week, is led indisputably by the creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto, whose fortune remains at 95,000 million dollars thanks to its approximately 1.1 million BTC.

In second place is Justin Sunfounder of the Tron network, with $1,659 million in diversified digital assets.
Next, the positions focus on holdings below the 1 billion threshold, where lost and irrecoverable fortunes stand out. Third place goes to banker Rain Lõhmus, with $724 million in ether (ETH) which remain inaccessible due to the loss of their private keys.
The ranking continues with Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum, in fourth place, with an active portfolio in ETH and other cryptocurrencies valued at $708 million.
He is followed, in fifth place, by James Howells, whose fortune of $704 million in BTC is trapped in a discarded hard drive, as reported by CriptoNoticias at the time.
Thomas Stefan, in sixth place, holds $616 million in BTC, which are inaccessible due to a forgotten wallet passwordand in seventh place is Clifton Collins, with $528 million in BTC seized by the police.
The main novelty is the departure of Owen Gunden from the number 3 position for largest holdings. The investor has progressively liquidated 11,000 BTC worth $1.3 billion since the end of October, culminating on November 20 with the transfer of his last 2,499 BTC to the Kraken exchange.
The last positions on the list of 10 people with the greatest fortunes in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are occupied by Shixing Mao, founder of Cobo Vault, with 230 million dollars, and the Argentine Patricio Worthalter, creator of POAP, with 185 million dollars in diversified assets.
