Bitwise, a digital asset management company, made changes to the registration application for its hyperliquid cryptocurrency (HYPE)-based exchange-traded fund (ETF).
The document was presented yesterday, Monday, December 15, before the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The changes were incorporated in Form 8-A and They detail that the product will be called Bitwise Hyperliquid ETFwhich will be traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE Arca) under the ticker BHYP.
The management firm, in addition, set a commission annual administration of 0.67% annually, a charge that is deducted from the value of the ETF and that covers the costs of management, operation and administration of the product.
In this context, Eric Balchunas, Bloomberg Intelligence analyst, pointed out: «Bitwise just filed an amendment for its hyperliquid ETF, which added the 8-A factor, the commission (0.67%) and the BHYP ticker. Typically, this means an imminent release. “Stay tuned.”


If the financial product receives approval, Bitwise will expand its offering of institutional investment vehicles within the digital asset market.
