Gunfire broke out inside the Philippine Senate late Wednesday as authorities attempted to arrest Sen. Ronald dela Rosa, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) on charges of crimes against humanity linked to former president Rodrigo Duterte’s anti-drug crackdown. The cause of the shooting and any casualties were not immediately known.
